We will be holding four Saturday morning flu clinics this fall. 

October 7 at the Alcatraz Office (you can also decorate a tile for our mural this day)
October 14 at the Alcatraz Office (you can also decorate a tile for our mural this day)
October 21 at the San Pablo Office
November 4 at the San Pablo Office

Your child can receive a flu vaccine at either office, so choose whatever date works best for you!

Please call the office ahead of time to schedule your flu clinic appointment.

We also have limited availability for weekday flu vaccine appointments, call the office where your family is usually seen to schedule an appointment.
