Kiwi Pediatrics has provider contracts with various insurance carriers. Below is a list of the most common health insurance providers in our area. We would strongly encourage parents to please contact their carrier to verify eligibility and benefit coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. Also, please verify provider participation with your plan. We will submit medical claims to all carriers on behalf of the patient but any unpaid amounts not covered by your insurance carrier will be the responsibility of the patient or their parent. Managed Care Health Plans (HMO) require a PCP to be selected to receive benefits. Please verify with your carrier that one of our doctors is the PCP on record.
